Jewel in the Lotus

The "Jewel in the Lotus" is associated with creation, the afterlife, enlightenment, fertility, sensuality, purity, and health. Also, many religions revere the lotus as a connection to the infinitely divine source of all creation.  The jewel in the center is the seed of life within the flower.  So the 12 petal lotus is growing and evolving from that sacred space.  The 12 rays shooting from within the Lotus represent the "12 rays of creation" expanding out into our known universe.  Each ray represents a different color and vibration. They extend from the center of the divine intelligence and are the vibrational frequencies that bring life and form to matter.  This piece is made from copper, brass, bronze, steel and oak.
